On its 750th birthday, we gave the city of Amsterdam a gift: a permanent multimedia installation that tells the story of the city’s past, present, and future through light, sound, and movement.

I worked on the project from beginning to end, collaborating with an incredible team and contributing across storyboarding, animatic, animation, and final delivery. It was an ambitious challenge, both in scale and complexity, but through a lot of creative problem-solving, we brought this huge experience to life.

It’s the biggest project of my career so far, and I’m genuinely proud to have helped create something so meaningful for the city. The 15-minute film is projected onto a 200 m² scale model inside the historic Zuiveringshal at Westergas. Go check it out!
