For Monks, I worked on the intro of a reel built to capture the full range of animation talent we had in house. My role sat right at the center of the process, bringing together four differentdirectors across 2D, 3D, frame-by-frame, and VFX, while also weaving sound design, and all the different pieces needed to make it feel whole.

The second half was built from 133 individual frames created by 133 artists across the studio. It was a collaborative challenge that called for flexibility, people management, and a strong sense of how to hold many different voices together without losing the bigger picture.
